Who Am I?
I’m Kristin Wise, founder of Wise Total Fitness and this signature nutrition program, “Nutrition Intuition.” I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years! I started my quest for a smaller body at the very young age of 11 when my gymnastics coaches told me I needed to lose weight and put me on a 1200 calorie diet while over-exercising like crazy! Since that time I struggled for most of my life, until enough was enough and I just couldn't take it anymore. I decided to go to therapy to learn some tools to overcome my body dysmorphia and food obsession/restriction patterns. I also got certified in a couple of different nutrition programs to increase my knowledge to be able to apply all I've learned and experienced. I am passionate about helping other women who have wasted years dieting and obsessing over every food choice like I did. I want to show you that food freedom is possible and eating can feel easy. I honestly don’t feel like I ever need or would want to diet again!

How long are the zoom calls each week?
They will be 30-60 minutes. I’ll teach for about 1/2hr, then I’ll open it up to questions, comments, concerns, troubleshooting, etc. -
Outside of class, will the work load be time consuming?
No, you’ll have a small homework assignment after each lesson that I want you to work on throughout the week. New tools and exercises that you’ll be implementing into your life. -
What days and times are the zoom classes?
They will be held every Tuesday @ 12pm PST for 8 weeks, starting March 8.
