Let me share my story with you, in case you’re new here.

 

 I started my quest for a smaller body at the very young age of 11 when my gymnastics coaches told me I needed to lose weight and put me on a 1200 calorie diet and had me over-exercising like crazy! Since that time I struggled for most of my life, hating my body and trying every new diet there was, until enough was enough and I just couldn't take it anymore.  I decided to go to therapy to learn some tools to overcome my body dysmorphia and food obsession/restriction patterns.  I also got certified in a couple of different nutrition programs to increase my knowledge to be able to apply all I've learned and experienced.  I am passionate about helping other women who have wasted years dieting and obsessing over every food choice like I did.  I want to show them that food freedom is possible and eating can feel automated.  I honestly don’t feel like I ever need or would want to diet again!



And I want that for you too! No more wasting years (or minutes) trying another diet, spinning your wheels and feeling frustrated.  This is why I created this FREE masterclass for you. 

 

 

What to Expect:

 

Day 1 -  The basics of nutrition for weight loss.

 

Day 2 - 3 easy lifestyle shifts you can make TODAY to start you on your weight loss journey.  

 

Day 3 - How to plan meals and fit them into your life without hours of meal prep & some of my favorite recipes.



 

Give me 30 minutes each day and I'll show you some actionable steps that you can take with you on your nutrition journey so you can STOP "starting over", stay consistent, and get results.
