I feel obligated to run this #springintofitness 4 week challenge so I can show women an effective way to exercise; how to incorporate strength training and some high intensity work, and to know that it doesn’t require hours in the gym to see results. I’ll be an accountability partner for you so you can feel supported, encouraged and have success!
This is the next step because women need to know they can and should make time for strength training in their lives. It’s time for women to know they can feel strong and powerful and have the strength, confidence and energy to do all of the things that they need and want to do. A lot of women have misconceptions about strength training. They think they’ll look like a man if they lift weights. They think they’ll get injured. They think that strength training takes too much time. They think cardio is the way to get in shape and lose weight. This simply isn't true.ther programs and trainers out there say you need to dedicate at least an hour in the gym per day. Say you need a lot of equipment, or feel you need to be rolling around the floor in agony after each session in order to see results.
But we know it doesn’t work that way. We know that building strength, fitness, and stamina doesn’t have to take hours a day. It doesn’t even need to be done everyday. You can do it in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment. And it doesn’t need to be miserable in order for you to reap the benefits.
I’m super excited to be running this #springintofitness 4 week challenge so I can show women an effective way to exercise. To show you that strength training can fit into your lifestyle! I want women to feel the benefits of strength training. I want women to preserve and build muscle so that your day to day life is easier. I want women to know that strength training has a greater ability to change your body’s shape than just cardio. I want women to know what it feels like to feel strong and capable and have that roll over into other areas of their lives.

HOW IT WORKS
I’m going to provide a 4 week strength program for you so you don’t have to wonder what you’ll be doing, when you’ll be doing it, and how much you should be doing.
I’m going to be available for support and questions, modifications and accountability so you can know how to progress and how to do each exercise and workout.
You’re going to learn how to strength train.
You’re going to learn that it can fit into your lifestyle.

What's included?
3 strength workouts, plus an optional quick, high intensity workout per week so you can know exactly what to do and when.
Private Facebook group where workouts will be posted with a video demonstrating movements and modifications so you can perform the workouts with confidence.
Support and accountability from me and other members of the group so you can feel like you have everything you need to be successful.

Who am I?
I’m Kristin. I’ve been a fitness trainer for over 20 years, I’m a mom of 5, and still consider myself to be an athlete! I think if you train on purpose, you’re an athlete.
From the time I was 11, and a competitive gymnast, I struggled with body image disorder, which caused me to under eat and over-exercise. I was constantly chasing a body I didn’t have, and in the wrong way. I was afraid to do strength training because I didn’t want to look more bulky and stocky than I already did. I was chasing skinny with cardio and all I got for it was more injuries, a messed up metabolism, constant hunger and exhaustion, out of wack hormones, and frustration.
It really wasn’t until my early 30’s that I was fed up enough to try another way. I got into Crossfit, which I loved! I even competed in the Crossfit Regional Games. It went well with my gymnastics background, and competetiveness, but wasn’t so great for my body that was already a bit broken.
I struggled for a few more years to find the best approach. I believe I found a great balance of strength training and some high intensity work that is effective and I believe I’ll be able to do for a long time. Which is the goal!
Through my years of experience and certifications, I’ve written 100’s of workout plans and programs that have helped my clients to gain strength and to increase their level of fitness, to gain consistency and motivation. Making changes while enjoying the journey! And I want that for you too!

Feel like you need a little more guidance on nutrition? I'm offering a 4 week program to compliment the fitness challenge. We'll meet once a week for a 20-30 minute lesson, time for questions and concerns, and I'll send you on your way with a little piece of homework to work on during the week.
